Here's a fun prompt: Make a list of things that you find in the forest or in the ocean. Pick your favorite off of your list and add a sensory detail to it. Now spend 10 minutes comparing some part of your life to the forest or ocean item (ex. my life is like a spastic squirrel).


I just returned from the Grand Canyon, Sedona and the Coconino National Forest, so here's a couple pictures from those places.
